Our Pups’ Personalities

People are always asking about the temperament and personalities of the pups we produce. It is hard to describe accurately in words because I always tell everyone I talk to that any dog, no matter what breed of dog it is, should never be left alone with children unsupervised. However, Stalter Rottweilers is very proud of the Rottweilers that we have bred and have owned who have the correct temperament to be loving family members, yet still have the desire to be protective of their families.

In May of 1988 we bought our first Rottweiler, Stalter’s Isis, CD, BH, HIT, HCT and nine months later our first child, Tom, was born. We were always very careful with allowing Tom to be around Isis but Isis was always excellent with Tom and then later our daughter Sarah. Here are some pictures of Tom and Sarah with our Rottweilers.

As you can see Rottweilers have been a part of Tom and Sarah’s life from their time in diapers to walking Sarah down the aisle at her wedding.
