ADRK Hip & Elbow Evaluation

Here is ADRK’s form for hip and elbow evaluation, along with instructions showing correct placement for x-rays. Dogs must be 15 months of age. Your veterinarian completes and signs the form and sends it along with the dog’s original registration papers and x-rays to ADRK. ADRK will send an invoice for the fee, which must be paid via PayPal to [email protected] in order for results to be released to you.
